A home, not a hotel.

We ask that you treat Tanah Embah the way you would a family home.

This house has stood since 1939.

It has held generations, conversations, and quiet moments that cannot be replaced.

We welcome you into it.

In return, we ask for care, awareness, and a little consideration.

Respecting the Space

—  This is a heritage wooden house. Please avoid rough handling of doors, windows, and furniture.

—  Do not move heavy furniture unless necessary.

—  Artefacts, photographs, and displayed items are part of the family history. Please do not touch unless permitted.

Towels & Pool Use

—  Please do not take the white bedroom towels to the pool.

—  Dedicated blue-white pool towels are provided at RM5 per use.

—  Kindly return used pool towels after use.

Stay Duration

—  We encourage a minimum stay of 2 nights to fully experience Tanah Embah.

—  One-night stays are possible.

—  A RM50 cleaning fee applies for one-night bookings.

Cleanliness & Waste

—  Please keep shared spaces reasonably clean during your stay.

—  All bins are designated for recycling.

—  Single-use plastics are discouraged.

—  We kindly ask guests to take their own plastic waste home where possible.

Noise & Environment

—  This is a quiet, nature-filled space.

—  Please keep noise levels respectful, especially at night.

—  No loud music or disruptive gatherings after 10 PM unless arranged.

Safety & Nature

—  The grounds include trees, open spaces, and natural terrain.

—  Please supervise children at all times.

—  Be mindful of insects, animals, and outdoor conditions.

Visitors

—  Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

—  Additional visitors must be informed in advance.

Pickle Embah Court

—  Court use is subject to availability.

—  Rental applies unless included with full Villa booking.

—  Please use equipment responsibly.
